Motoland is a peer-to-peer marketplace where riders buy and sell motorcycles, accessories, and gear, and take part in a community forum. We provide the platform that connects buyers and sellers — we're not a party to any transaction, and we don't take possession of, inspect, or guarantee any item.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Motoland. Give accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and don't share your account. You're responsible for everything done through it. Don't impersonate anyone or create accounts to evade a suspension.
Every listing must be accurate, lawful to sell where you live, and for an item you own or are authorised to sell. Buyers and sellers arrange payment, delivery, and paperwork directly between themselves — Motoland never holds funds, escrows money, or processes payments. Inspect items and verify ownership before you pay.
An offer is a good-faith proposal to negotiate, not a binding contract, until both sides agree directly. Keep conversations respectful and on-topic, and don't use messaging or offers to spam, scam, or harass.
Motoland offers optional paid visibility: the Featured boost highlights a single listing for a fixed period, and Motoland Pro (a monthly or yearly subscription) highlights all your active listings and removes ads while it's active. Promoted listings are always labelled and shown before non-promoted results. Payments are processed by the app store you downloaded Motoland from; subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings, and refunds follow the store's policies. Promotion doesn't guarantee a sale and doesn't exempt a listing from these terms — a listing removed for violating them isn't refunded.
Forum posts, comments, and reviews must reflect your own honest experience. Don't post misleading reviews, manipulate ratings, or trade fake feedback. Be civil — no hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
No stolen or misrepresented vehicles, illegal items, counterfeits, weapons, or anything unlawful to sell. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or scams, and no luring deals off-platform to defraud. Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
We may remove content, hide or de-rank listings, limit features, or suspend and terminate accounts that break these terms — with notice where practical, and without it where needed to protect users. New listings and services are checked automatically before they are published: their text and photos go to OpenAI, our moderation provider, to detect prohibited content. Content reported by several users may be hidden automatically pending review.
Motoland is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any listing, user, item condition, or that a deal will complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for disputes between users or for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, ask you to accept again in the app. Continuing to use Motoland after an update means you accept the revised terms.
